The Borrower is a partnership of trusts. The Sole Director of all the trusts and Guarantors has substantial experience in commercial property investment and real estate, having owned and operated a large independent real estate business in Brisbane, QLD for over 15 years.

The Borrower Group is well known to the Manager who has provided multiple loans to the Group.  All facilities have been conducted in a prompt and punctual manner.

• The Target Return is 9.45% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly in arrears.
• The Loan is supported by multiple joint and several guarantees and a General Security Agreement over the Borrowers.
• Interest for the Loan Term has been lodged on deposit with the Manager.
• The Loan Term is 12 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 12 October 2023 to 11 October 2024.
