The Redcliffe property comprises three (3) contiguous commercial units located on the ground floor of a mixed-use development on the waterfront at Redcliffe, approximately 40km north east of the Brisbane CBD. 

The Gordon Park property is a double storey residential dwelling, comprising five (5) bedrooms, four (4) bathrooms, an office, multipurpose room, two (2) living areas, two (2) study nooks and a 3 car garage. The Property is located approximately 6.5km north of the Brisbane CBD in the inner Brisbane location of Gordon Park, and backs onto the Kedron Brook recreational area. 

The Borrower is a trading entity that currently operates a medical centre in Clayfield, QLD. The Director of the Borrower previously built a large portfolio of medical centres before selling the franchise in 2020.

  • The Loan was advanced at a Loan to Value Ratio of 67%.
  • The Target Return is 8.20% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly in arrears.
  • The Loan is supported by multiple joint and several personal and corporate guarantees and General Security Agreements over the Borrower and related corporate entities.
  • Interest for the Loan Term has been lodged on deposit with the Manager.
  • The Loan Term is 12 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 16 May 2025 to 15 May 2026.
