A Development Application (DA) was lodged with Council for subdivision of the property into 50 residential lots ranging from 1,000m² to 2,150m².
The Director has substantial net assets and is highly experienced in property investment and development. They have developed over 1,000 lots in residential subdivision projects and delivered multiple house and land package projects throughout south western Sydney.
