An amended Planning Permit was issued in October 2025 which allows for the development of a 9 level building comprising 90 apartments, 10 townhouses and two (2) ground level commercial tenancies.
The purpose of the Loan was to assist with the acquisition of the Security Property.
The Borrower Group is well known to the Manager and is experienced in completing high density developments in inner Melbourne locations.
