Surrounding development predominantly comprises 'RU1 Primary Production' zoned lots used for a range of agricultural purposes alongside ancillary residential accommodation.

The Security Property is in proximity to the future Western Sydney Airport and the main orbital road (The Northern Road) which connects to the Western Sydney Motorway network.
