The site is zoned ‘Urban Growth Zone - Schedule 13’ under the Tarneit North Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). Within the PSP, the majority of the site is intended for commercial land uses.
The surrounding development comprises similarly zoned land, with a combination of completed residential subdivisions, 'Urban Growth' zoned land and commercial development.
The main retail precinct, the Tarneit Shopping Centre, is within 2km of the subject property, offering comprehensive retail amenities including national supermarkets, K-mart discount store, cafes, restaurants, and a variety of specialty retailers.
No Planning Permit has been lodged, but planning consultants are engaged to promote the site through the local authority, with a final master plan and subsequent planning approval anticipated within the next 12-24 months.
